1:1 personal training sessions with your chosen trainer are 1 hour long. Depending on your needs and goals, each session may include:
Warm-up and movement preparation

Your training sessions take place at a private training facility where memberships are not required and the gym is not open to the general public. This setting allows for focused coaching, consistent exercise technique guidance, and a comfortable environment.
